Over the last 19 years, the mortgage and property world has changed dramatically and even more so over the last month.
When it comes to residential or buy-to-let property transactions, the most effective strategy I have learnt is to plan, plan, plan. There is an awesome saying by Benjamin Franklin who says: –
‘failing to plan is planning to fail’’
Looking back over the years, the best outcomes have always come from planning each step of the way. This generally pre-empt’s any issues further down the line.
