The flexibility of the flat is great – both the living room and the kitchen are big enough to do different kinds of  work and hosting, and the garden too, especially in the summer. The garden is great if you’re working at home and even doubled as a gym for us during the lockdown. 

Since we upgraded all the windows the flat is now a lot warmer and quieter with virtually no street noise at all – if only we’d done it sooner!

The next best thing is our friendly and supportive neighbours.  The block has a good sense of community and we help each other out all the time which is great.

Apart from that, more practical things like good built in storage for a flat this size.  And the more obvious facts of the amazing local green spaces which you can walk to in under 20 min – Priory park on the doorstep, Ally Pally around the corner and Queen’s Wood just a short walk up the road.  We love it, but it’s our time to move on to the next thing!
