The natural light is one of the most wonderful things in out flat. The sun fills the living room in the mornings, and it the afternoons it moves around and fills the kitchen until it sets. This is in part because of the lovely big sash windows, the high ceilings, and partly because we are up in the treetops in the company of squirrels and sparrows.
The next best thing is our friendly and supportive neighbours. The block has a good sense of community and we help each other out all the time which is great.
Apart from that, more practical things like good built in storage for a flat this size. And the more obvious facts of the amazing local green spaces which you can walk to in under 20 min – Priory park on the doorstep, Ally Pally around the corner and Queen’s Wood just a short walk up the road. We love it, that’s why we’re only moving half a mile up the high street!
