“Full of character, high ceilings, a sunny garden and a stone’s throw away from beautiful priory park, this spacious apartment is quiet while also close to everything you might need in terms of shops and cafes. Crouch end, often known as the jewel of North London, with its two cinemas, independent cafes and boutiques is a short walk away through the park as is the natural expanse of Alexandra park and the outstanding beauty of queen’s wood. Alexandra palace and muswell hill with amazing views over the city are a short bus ride away. The bedrooms and bathroom are fitted with wooden double glazed windows and the kitchen area has a wooden floor, granite work-top and an original fireplace. We love the village feel of the area and have really good relationships with our neighbours in the mansion block and our neighbours on the street. It’s a property that offers lots of versatility. Our kitchen living area is big enough for a large table and you could use either one of the bedrooms as a lounge possibly with a sofa bed for guests. Both bedrooms are big enough for a double bed and the bedroom at the back even has a super king size bed. Hornsey station is a 15 minute walk away or you can reach turnpike lane or finsbury park tubes in a short and pleasant bus ride. We have absolutely loved living here. The garden, many well kept green spaces nearby, a wonderful weekly farmers’ market and the village feel while still living in London gives the best of both worlds. We are sad to leave but with a growing family we need more space.”
